We work to ensure you can take full advantage of the capabilities of SACS. We are here to help you do that. Whether you need help with deployment, training, technical support, etc. we are prepared to help make your church or ministry as effective as possible.

Support Plans
The first three months of the Standard Support Plan are included free with the purchase of any SACS license. After that, you have the option of renewing your support with any of the following plans:.

Standard Support Plan includes:
- Answering questions or walking you through aspects of the program.
- Remote support allows us to walk you through any area on your own computer screen.
- Solving technical problems relating to the software (*).
- Offer as much help as possible with non-software related issues.

Premium Support Plan includes:
- All of the features of Standard Support plus:
- Upgrades whenever a new SACS version becomes available. Please note that these upgrades are related to functionality and not to number of members. If you wish to increase the number of members allowed by your current license, you will need to purchase a license upgrade.

 

(*) Support plans do not include solving computer problems such as virus removal, problem with computer, network related issues, etc.
